Blue Ribbon Texas Chili

2 lbs. boneless chuck
1 Onion chopped
4 Garlic cloves, diced
6 Tablespoons Grande Southwest
1 14.5 oz. can tomatoes
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Low sodium chicken broth
Grated Cheddar-Jack |
directions
Cut chuck into small cubes and brown. Saute onion and garlic cloves. Combine chuck, onion, garlic, Grande Southwest, chopped tomatoes, and tomato sauce in large pot. Add low-sodium chicken broth to desired consistency. Simmer uncovered for at least 4 hours, stirring often. Refrigerate overnight. Serve as desired with grated cheese, chopped onions, beans or pasta. Enjoy!
